On Wednesday, June 13, 2007 the Property Owners Association will feature, “Navigating the Landlord Tenant Minefield in New Jersey” The program will take place at The Wilshire Grand Hotel, 350 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, NJ, and begin at 6:30 p.m. The program is graciously sponsored and presented by Levy, Ehrlich & Petriello, Esqs. of Newark located on the web at www.lep-lawyers.com .  On-site.com is also a sponsor of the evening.

          Levy, Ehrlich & Petriello, P.C. concentrates a substantial portion of their practice in landlord-tenant law, real estate, lease preparation and litigation.   Bruce E. Gudin, Esq., a partner of the firm, and general counsel to the POA, was instrumental in the production of the current POA Lease and Management Guide.

This program will focus on the steps to a successful eviction and the various grounds to lawfully dispossess a residential tenant and recover possession of a rented premises.  While we all try to avoid evictions if possible, sometimes we must turn to the court system for assistance, and hopefully justice.  The experienced attorneys from Levy, Ehrlich will educate us on what we need to do in order to ensure a more favorable outcome.  Bring your tough questions.           The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a First Time Investors Seminar, to be followed at 7:00 p.m. by a brief business meeting.  The featured presentation will follow.

       Attendance at this meeting is FREE for POA members, who are also encouraged to bring a guest with them at no charge. Super Stars are allowed to bring three non-members with them. Non-members can attend for a fee of $35, which is applicable to membership dues if they join within 30 days.
