Join us as Joel Rosenfeld, Adjunct Assistant Professor at New York University, The Schack Real Estate and consultant to Smolin Lupin & Co, presents “Real Estate Cycles-Boom to Bust, Bust to Boom” to members and guests of the POA. The program will take place at the Wilshire Grand in West Orange at 350 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, NJ beginning at 6:30p.m. The program is graciously sponsored by Inland Securities.
The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. with our First Time Investors Forum hosted by a seasoned landlord followed at 7:00 p.m. by a brief business meeting. The Legal Forum hosted by Ehrlich Petriello Gudin & Plaza will begin at 7:10p.m. Our featured panel will begin at 7:30p.m.
Attendance to this meeting is FREE for POA members, who are also encouraged to bring a guest with them at no charge. SuperStar members are welcomed to bring three non-members with them. Non-members can attend for a nominal $35 fee, applicable to membership dues if they join within 30 days.
